Chron's disease travel insurance woes?

So i finally have remission...or as good as and have booked a 5 day holiday to spain next week but i cant find cheap travel insurance. Its really upsetting me as i have only just come to terms with my disease and feel im being punished by high prices for having it. Any recommendations?
