My mountain hardwear jacket always has hair and lint all over it. how do i keep it clean?

my hair falls out prettty easily, but i find it ALL OVER my mountain hardwear fleece jacket, it's annoying. and when it comes out of the wash, it has lint all over it. how should i wash it or keep it clean and hair-less? thanks!
