Strange discharge? i have hpv?

can HPV cause abnormal discharge? it sometimes causes dull burning. my doctor said it wasn't related, that it could be from having a new partner. but i haven't had since February before i found out about the HPV and it still hasn't gone away. it is heavy enough to have to wear a pad everyday, it doesn't soak the pad but it soaks my underwear. could my doctor be wrong? i also have dull pelvic pain, sometimes it throbs and when i sneeze it hurts a LOT. the discharge on the pad used to be just yellowish-white but now there is a little blood in it. and i always had irregular periods but now i get them more regularly, not sure if its related? i already had a colposcopy and i didn't have precancerous cells. i don't know whats going on!! i got tested for infections already and treated for infection (they said they didn't think it was an infection because they couldnt see bacteria under the microscope, it just looked abnormal) but they decided to treat me anyway. what could it be
