Help! failed smog check on my 1994 Lexus es300 due to HC(PPM) reading too high.. How can I fix it?

Please post pics of the pcv valves filter! that is worth a lot of money :) Anywaay I will ume your car was good and warm when you took it in? My second guess would be the catalytic converters.
