I can barley open my mouth and i need to know why.?

On Halloween i was a baby, and the entire night i was sucking on a pacifier (not on extacy, i am just dumb) the fallowing day i woke up and thew left side of my jaw was incredibly stiff and sore. Up until this morning i umed i had sprained it just by chewing on something all night, but now it is really painful and i am no longer able to close my bite on the left side. Beyond that i am having a really hard time chewing food. My jaw has swollen a tiny amount, and only around the actually muscle group on the left side. Other than that i have had no major cuts in a while, and it was about 3 ish years ago that i had a tet shot. So i have no idea whats going on, if its just a muscle injury, or something way worse. but please help me out
