If Christianity is true...?

then why is there so much disagreement on how we are saved? Protestantism and Catholicism have different ideas about how a person is saved. Don't you think if Christianity was true, then it would be clear to anyone how a person is saved in Christianity. Not only is it not clear from the denominations, but the Bible doesn't make it clear neither.
