I have a clarion vrx575usb hooked to a fosgate t1500.1 bd and also a orion xtr500.4?

when the car is running with the cd player on their is very little whinning coming from it but when you turn the cd player off but leave the car on it whines like crazy rca's are on opposite side of vechicle and remote is on the radio fuse I have tried everything I can think of all help is appreciated thanks...Eric
