If I buy a bouquet of flowers in Philly, then take a 6hr megabus to Pittsburgh....will the flowers survive?

My favorite florist is here so I'm just curious if my flowers will survive that long to Pittsburgh by megabus, or will they wilt? How much time do I have? Should I just create an arrangement in Pitt?? If you can answer any or all of these pressing questions I'd really appreciate it...as you can see I'm pretty clueless.
