What are the nice Black neighborhoods in Toronto?

Right now Im studying in Vancouver. Im planning on relocating to Toronto in August. I wanted to ask are there any nice Black neighborhoods in Toronto? I've heard that Jane/Finch, Regent Park, Rexdale, Lawrence Heights, and Scarborough all have Black populations. But are these areas ghetto and poor or are they nice livable communities? I don't mean to be stereotypical, but thats how some areas in the states are. Also, I know there aren't any Black colleges in Canada, but are there any schools in Toronto or elsewhere in Canada that have a good number of Black students and Black professors? Would Halifax, NS be better for this?
