I don't know whats wrong with me, but can somebody help me?

For the past 2 days i had a soar throat and I thought i would be okay. Then starting form yesterday, I started to get a bit nauseous. I had some diarrhea and I kept "throwing up" but nothing ever came out my chest just hurt alot. I went to sleep to get some rest and thought it would get better. My nausea went away, but when i woke up I had a really bad fever. My mom got a wet towel and put it over my head, but that only cooled my head for the moment. Also my nose is congested and when ever I blow my nose yellow snot comes out. I tried to look up what was wrong with me, but I couldn't find anything I was sure about. I think i may have mono or a sinus infection, but I'm not sure.
