Can i get sued for beating someone up who was really being a nuisance but is handicapped?

We were playing basketball, and one of the players brother was watching and is in a wheelchair with M.S. I was having a bad game and he was talking some smck on me. I lst i and jumped into the bleachers and basically beat the hell out of hi, knocking out several of his teeth and breaking his nose. It was kind of funny, but now his family is suing me. Can i countersue for slander or something?
