How do you pronounce these words with an Australian accent?

I'm a big fan of the Australian accent and I was wondering how one would pronounce these words: "of" and "slaughterhouse." I know that Americans say "of" either "uhv" or "ov", so I was wondering how Australians say it. Also, I noticed that Aussies tend to pronounce the R sound when followed by a vowel or the letter H. Is that still true for words like slaughterhouse?
