I feel like im going insane.?

I am 14 and my family is messed up, i know i have people who care for me but sometimes everything they do annoys me. I feel like my hands are not mine when i do things and i seem in a haze when i am at home but anywhere else i dont think about it and am fine but tonight i couldnt pick up my shaver because my hands felt like they would cut me, i dont like talking about stuff like this with anyone so thats why im askin here. Am i just worried or is this something?
