I have a question about talking to a military recruiter?

Actually, I am already enlisted for the Navy but I dropped out while in DEP status, and now I am planning on joining the Marines. I would find it awkward to go back to the same recruiting station to talk to the Marines and have to deal with my old Navy Recruiter on my back? My question is, is it possible to go and talk to a recruiter and join a DEP pool in a location other than my hometown???? I am a college student and it would be easier this way, as the new location would be closer to school.... Thanks
