If John McCain talked Hilary Clinton to switch to the Republicans and be his Veep would he win the election.?

Candidates seem to switch sides all the time, many like Bob Barr switched to the libertarians. If Obama doesn't want Hillery maybe McCain can pick her up as a free agent. I bet she would jump at the chance if Obama doesn't pick her.
