Can you take Tylenol Cold and Flu syrup 4 hours after taking Tylenol extra strength tablets?

My boyfriend we think has bronchitis and he took 2 Tylenol extra strength tablets earlier to help with his headache forgetting that we had the cold and flu syrup from the last time he was sick. Is it okay to take some now, because he took the pills over 4 hours ago? I'm asking because it says on both bottles "you should no take this with any other product containing acetaminophen". thank so much.
