LOL? That is what inglorious leader brandishing his folio sized Green book ( at least Mao had a pocket sized little red book) called his own people : Only he didn't use the word democracy-ever but did drop the words "constitutional reform" in the stew of his own bilious rantings. How about his take on dogs?
