Does anyone know the usual temprement of Silver Tip Tetra's?

Hi I have a few different types of 'Tetra' in my tank....Neon,Xray,Glowlight all gorgeous, i recently bought some 'Silver Tip' ones the male is a lovely orangey colour but he seems to be 'picking' on the other tetra's. He's not fin nipping them or anything he just sort of 'nuzzles' them and then chases them all around the tank. Its got to a point now where my glowlights and Neons tend to hide away from him. Is he ok? and do they normally do this?? I didn't think tetra's where teritorial?!!
