I am looking for some type of hand held device that gives me wifi capabilities, with a full qwerty keyboard. ?

I would like some type of hand held device that would allow me to connect via wifi. I also wish for this device to have a full qwerty keyboard. Maybe something in the way of a PDA if there are no other options, however money is a factor, so I wish to stay away from the wifi compatible cell phones. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
