What to do?

So There was this girl i REALLY liked..i kinda still do. But I don't think she fells the same way about me anymore i dunno what happen to us. But thers this other girl who likes me and i think shes pretty cute, should i start with this new girl, or try to work this thing out with this old girl? (we haven't gone out and its been like FOUR MONTHS, cuz she said she just wants to be friends right now but dose like me...she said that about two months ago)
